Once payment is completed and access to the program, materials, or live sessions is provided, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Inability to attend live sessions

   

• Change of mind after purchase

   

• Technical issues on the participant’s end

   

• Partial attendance or non-attendance
